What data we process

This website has no contact form or other way for you to send us personal data directly through it. The site itself does not collect or store any of your data.

Scheduling a meeting via Calendly

The “Schedule a Meeting” button redirects you to the external booking service Calendly (Calendly, LLC, USA). If you book a meeting through it, you enter your name, e-mail and other details directly into Calendly, which is an independent controller for that data — Calendly's own privacy policy applies, not this notice.

Processors

We run the website on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg), which hosts and delivers the site (S3, CloudFront). Data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt region); when content is delivered through the CloudFront network, technical data (e.g. the IP address) may also be processed outside the EU, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. This site has no contact form, so processors such as Amazon SES or Cloudflare Turnstile do not apply.

Cookies

This website itself sets no cookies. If you go to Calendly, that external service may use its own cookies under its own policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Just write to marek@mareklopatnik.cz. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
